Computational mental health research in Digital Lab Rat
Digital Lab Rat connects computational neuroscience models, biological chapters, and cited mental health research. Explore disorders grouped by DSM-5-TR chapter, adjust model parameters, read term definitions, and download simulation reports.
What is Digital Lab Rat?
Digital Lab Rat is a research workspace for exploring computational models of mental health disorders alongside biological chapters and cited scientific sources.
What do simulation scores mean?
Simulation scores are dimensionless outputs of the selected model's mathematical relationships. They have no established conversion to clinical measurements, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
How are chapters and sources connected?
Each chapter has a cited bibliography. Added disorder chapters also have a searchable collection of retrieved source metadata, with relevance labels and provenance. Retrieval collections and chapter citations are separate.
